Forte Realty Corporation
Forte Realty Corporation was founded and registered with the SEC on the 4th of February 1981. The company's first major housing project is located in Binan, Laguna and is called South City Homes. It was under a management joint venture arrangement which consisted of almost 2,000 single-detached housing blocks. The houses' main recipients were Pag-ibig constituents who consisted of public school teachers, soldiers, law officers and other low-income government employees. The company supplied general project management, specialized planning, buyer's loan origination and marketing governance for the said project. The project started in the early months of 1981 and was fully completed by the end of 1985. Last January 1986, Casimiro Development Corporation (CDC) joined the services of FRC to contribute conventional management consultancy, marketing supervision, mortgage origination and technical groundwork for its big housing project at Talon, Las Piñas City. FRC provided guidance and technical work for CDC's major housing projects which totaled to 30 sites composed of almost 5,600 housing units in Las Piñas City, Cavite, Caloocan City, Tagaytay City and Bulacan. In the year 1992, FRC joined into a joint management project deal with San Miguel Properties, Inc. The deal was to handle the development of a 24-hectare property situated in Calamba, Laguna and turn it into a low-income large-scale housing project which composed of 3,000 housing units. The project was intended mostly for factory workers and minimum wage employees within Laguna, Batangas, Paranaque and Makati. The project was named Villa de Calamba and was completely finished by the end of 1996. In July 2006, FRC joined into inner-city inexpensive housing projects. The company had a test pilot project called the Viila Alica I. The projects is a 5-storey suburban walk-up condominium composed of 33 units and is situated along Arnaiz Avenue, Pio del Pilar, Makati City. The project was completed by August 2007. FRC's next project was Villa Alica II which is composed of 66 suburban condominium units found at at Zamora Street, Pasay City which was finished in 2010. The project was then followed by Villa Alica II with 98 condominium units in P. Tuazon Boulevard, Cubao, Quezon City and Villa Celedona with 22 units established at Coronado Street, Guadalupe, Makati City. Both developments were finished in 2013. The currently ongoing project of FRC is located in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. The project is named Tierra Verde Residences and is composed of 255 low-cost housing blocks. The project is expected to be completed in mid-2016.
