The Fort Residences

On June 4, 1980, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) was established to act as the arm of real estate investment of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. RLC then and its branches commit in the development and transaction of shopping centers and hotels. It also constructed mixed-use development, residential building, and offices as well as residential housing and land developments, which includes socialized housing programs in major cities and other urban regions in the country. RLC's transactions are divided into four company divisions namely, residential, commercial centers, hotels and office buildings. Its portfolio includes 40 shopping centers. In Metro Manila alone, it has 9 malls and 31 malls in other cities nationwide. Not only that, the company's portfolio includes 75 residential condominium buildings/housing projects; 10 office buildings found in Metro Manila and Cebu City, and 14 hotel real estate properties. Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn Manila Galleria are the hotels which are both managed by the Intercontinental Hotels Group; Whereas, Summit Hotel Magnolia, Summit Circle Cebu, Summit Ridge Tagaytay are the hotels that belong to the "Summit" brand; and a network of nine Go Hotels located across the country. These are the corresponding hotels that are classified into three brand names.
