Tytans Properties and Development, Inc. specializes in converting previous existing real estate properties into locations for their condominium developments. Their current venture uses the defunct Tambuli Beach Resort in Barangay Buyong, Lapu-Lapu City to be the site of their new development known as Tambuli Seaside Living in Cebu. The Tambuli Beach Resort operated for more than three decades but closed when management did not renew their 25-year contract. The site is over 110,000-square meters and will move to convert the resort into a more residential development.
