Borland Development Corporation or BDC is a real estate company that has been operating for more than 25 years. It is known for making sturdy houses at reasonable prices. It was in 1990 that their founder, Mr. Vincente Hao Chin Sr., decided to start the business. He saw the overpopulation problem of the Philippines and deduced there was an urgent need for more houses.
