Beverly Dayanan had a mission of providing affordable high-quality homes to the average Filipino. It's clear the individual is not happy with the class A people getting all the nice houses. She wanted mid-income householders to also give their families nice homes to live in. Hence, she had to do something about it. After learning a lot from her previous mass housing company, it didn't take long for the industry veteran to form Contempo Property Holdings, Inc. The company launched its first project, Bamboo Bay in 2012 and it symbolizes what Dayanan always wanted. It's a place that gives the average Filipino everything she ever wanted in a home. The 3-tower residential project is located along H. Cortes Street, Mandaue, Cebu which is conveniently located near five shopping centers. In addition, due to the many amenities the property has, there's no need to leave the place for various needs. Among the amenities Bamboo Bay has are a jogging trail, a chapel, and a huge swimming pool. No doubt, residences of Bamboo Bay will never be bored.
