Alphaland Corporation is formerly known as Macondray Plastics Inc. then called as Agro Plastics Inc. The business was to supply the needs of a banana plantation called Lapanday Group. After a few years, Alphaland thought of something to lessen their total dependence on making plastics and started to supply to commercial and industrial companies which are engaged in poultry businesses and exporter of tuna and desiccated coconuts. Alphaland Corporation prides themselves as very selective in the property development that they do. They only focus on developing properties that are top-of-the-line and very high-end.
