Tips for Posting Listings to find Leads Quickly
Did you know the first step of about half of all home buyers is to look online for properties? This means your real estate listing description matters more than ever. If potential buyers read your listing and aren’t impressed, they’re on to the next one. But writing a compelling listing can be easier than you think.
Here are some tips for you to post a real estate listing that sells:
Be specific in your property description
Accurate property description is the most essential attribute for your listing. Add a crisp and detailed description about the attributes of your property. Use appropriate adjectives to describe your property without overdoing the details provided. Try to keep it crisp and informative. Make people use their imagination and picture themselves enjoying your home.
Use great photos
Besides a crisp description, photos are an incredibly important part of your listing. Quality photos are needed to capture the interest of buyers. If every image is washed out with a bright flash or is so grainy you can’t tell what you’re looking at, people will move on to the next listing.
Smartphones can do just about everything, including taking pretty excellent photos. If you remember anything, remember that natural light is your best bet. Open the curtains and get to snapping!
Highlight unique features
All properties have some or the other unique features that set it apart from other listings. This unique feature can be its location, interiors or the view offered. Some people also believe in numerology; So, it’s a good idea to get your address checked for numerological benefits according to different cultures.
Such unique features in a house not only help to sell it fast, but sometimes account to your property selling at a higher price.
Optimize your content
If you hope to attract qualified buyers through search engines, keyword research is essential. Once you’ve identified key phrases, include them in your marketing copy and landing pages. Also, use appropriate hashtags that are useful when marketing on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn.
Leave out super basic information
Buyers want to quickly find out about your home. They don’t want to read a research paper. Get right to the point. Mention the top reasons that people would want to live in your home or your neighborhood right away. Do not add super basic information, such as Move-in ready, Clean house, Vacant property, good value for money, etc.
Also, do not use exclamations in your description and avoid using all CAPITAL LETTERS. And never repeat information in the listing description.
Keep in mind the above points while listing your property and you will surely sell it fast at a great price!
