Suntrust Properties, Inc. (SPI) was founded on November 14, 1997 under the Alliance Global Inc., as its wholly-owned subsidiary. City of Manila

The City of Manila is the capital of the Philippines and the second largest city by population, just after Quezon City.  It is one of the oldest cities in the Philippines and was the seat of power for most of the country's colonial rulers. Plans to make the Chinatown area into a business process outsourcing (BPO) hub progresses and is aggressively pursued by the city government of Manila. Numerous residential and office skyscrapers are found within its medieval streets. 30 buildings, which are mainly in Escolta, are already identified to be converted into BPO and commercial offices

The city of Manila remains to be a formidable political hub, thanks to the various government institutions situated in the city. Manila also serves as the headquarters of the Central Bank of the Philippines. 

Tourism is a vital industry in Manila, and it welcomes approximately over 1 million tourists each year to its most popular attractions: the walled city of Intramuros, the Tanghalang Pambansa at the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex, Manila Ocean Park, Binondo, Ermita, Malate, Manila Zoo, the National Museum of Fine Arts and Rizal Park.
