On June 30, 1993, NDAC initiated its registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission. At that point, they had an officially approved capital of ten million Pesos.

And on January 17, 2002, the SEC approved the rise in its officially permitted capital- which now included capital generated from stocks and shares to one hundred million Pesos. This was further raised to two hundred million pesos on August 7, 2002, along with its Securities Dealership License.
