🚫 No Refund Policy
All payments made to Housal.com are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Agent, Agency, or Developer subscription fees
Setup or onboarding charges
Renewal payments
Unused time, inactive accounts, or early cancellations
As all services are digital and activated immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements under any circumstances.
🔁 Recurring Billing & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, semi-annual, or annual, depending on the plan). You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing cycles.
Please note:
Cancelling a subscription does not result in a refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
Access remains active until the end of the paid term.

⚠️ Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate, user-initiated transaction may result in immediate account suspension. If you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out to our support team first.
✅ Exceptions (If Any)
Refunds may only be considered in limited cases such as:
Duplicate charges
Billing errors after cancellation due to technical issues
All refund exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and are subject to review and approval by Housal.com.
