Bonifacio High Street
Bonifacio High Street is a mixed-use development consisting of a kilometer-long boulevard and a 40-meter wide park. It also comes with twin boulevards of flagship retail stores and winning brands.
Majority of Bonifacio High Street’s population are guests and residents from all over Manila who enjoy retail therapy, window shopping, dining out, lounging among the many interactive public art works and installations, exercise buffs who work out in either one of the many indoor fitness gyms and outdoor parks, and corporate employees who work at prestigious corporations on many of the buildings’ upper floors.
Currently, the first and second blocks of Bonifacio High Street are the open-air shopping areas, while the third block is a mixture of open-air and indoor commercial buildings dubbed as the Bonifacio High Street Central, and the fourth block, which was named Bonifacio High Street South or simply High Street South, will have a mixture of open-air and indoor commercial-residential buildings.
Residential properties along or near Bonifacio High Street are considered high-value properties, as they situated in prime locations in Bonifacio Global City. Adjacent to Bonifacio High Street is Serendra, another mixed-use complex.
