RLC's transactions are divided into four company divisions namely, residential, commercial centers, hotels and office buildings. Its portfolio includes 40 shopping centers. In Metro Manila alone, it has 9 malls and 31 malls in other cities nationwide. Not only that, the company’s portfolio includes 75 residential condominium buildings/housing projects; 10 office buildings found in Metro Manila and Cebu City, and 14 hotel real estate properties. Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn Manila Galleria are the hotels which are both managed by the Intercontinental Hotels Group; Whereas, Summit Hotel Magnolia, Summit Circle Cebu, Summit Ridge Tagaytay are the hotels that belong to the "Summit" brand; and a network of nine Go Hotels located across the country. Pasay City

Pasay is one of the cities that make up Metro Manila. It is bordered to the north by the City of Manila, Makati to the northeast, Taguig to the east, and Parañaque to the south.

As a major air transportation hub, much of Pasay's economy relies on the number of domestic and international airports and airlines operating in the area. Philippine Airlines is headquartered in the Philippine National Bank Financial Center beside the World Trade Center Manila in Pasay City. PAL Express, Cebu Pacific, Air Juan, Interisland Airlines have their headquarters on the grounds of Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Villamor Airbase of the Philippine Air Force is also located here.

National government offices and authoritative associations are also in Pasay, which include  Office of the Vice-President of the Philippines, Senate of the Philippines, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Civil Aeronautics Board, Manila International Airport Authority, Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). The Philippine National Bank's main headquarters is also located in the city.

Pasay City is served by several highways and major thoroughfares, and experiences major road traffic daily. The lack of land has forced development to reclaim areas near the shoreline, opening real estate development for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
