Forbes Town Center is Megaworld mega-township. Stretching at five hectares, this community is adjacent to the exclusive Manila Polo Club, Forbes Park, as well as the Manila Golf and Country Club.
Forbes Town Center is made up of two sections. The first part is Burgos Circle, of which its identifier is a circular park with a public art installation right smack in the center. The second part is Forbestown Road, which has been growing to be the place to conduct business outside of the office thanks to the number of restaurants and coffee shops that are all equipped with decent WiFi Internet, cozy seating furniture, and great group deals. The rise of business process outsourcing (BPO) centers nearby has influenced some hole-in-the-walls to open their bars as late as 5 in the morning the next day.
Mobility here is reduced to walking, and cars or public service vehicles are confined only to certain points in the township in favor of pedestrians. Parking is relegated to residential condos, mixed-use developments nearby, or the parking area of the Mind Museum, which is along Rizal Drive.
